Sander van woerden
After starting his career at NIBC Capital Partners, Sander spent ten years contributing to the growth of the investment company Foreman Capital and during his last five years there, he was a partner. During this time, he acquired extensive experience with investments in a variety of end markets and was involved in various participations from acquisition, expansion to exit. Moreover, Sander served as interim director to one of his portfolio companies.
Sander has a Master’s in Economics & ICT and in Financial Law.
Max van de Blaak
Max started his career in IT, before spending several years as an entrepreneur in the childcare sector. During his twelve-year tenure as CEO of BLOS childcare, he expanded the organisation from 2 locations and 30 employees to 300 locations and 3,000 employees. He was able to achieve this expansion through strong organic growth and 35 acquisitions.
Max also has extensive experience as an investor and was involved in a number of successful and fast-growing scale-ups.
Max has a Bachelor’s in Engineering and Management and a Master’s in Business Economics.
James Looman
Quirijn de Jonge
Quirijn started his career in M&A and has worked on various buy- and sell-side transactions. He then went on working as a business controller at industrial service provider ERIKS. As a management team member at ERIKS, Quirijn was involved in several optimisations and provided strategic and financial advice. Before joining Lexar Partners, Quirijn worked as an investor at Craft Capital.
Quirijn has a Master’s in Financial Economics and is also a Register Controller.
Ruben Fuentes
Before joining Lexar Partners, Ruben gained over 6 years of experience in technology M&A. He started his career at Drake Star Partners and joined the M&A team of KPMG several years later. During his time in M&A, he worked on multiple buy- and sell-side transactions for entrepreneurs, private equity firms and corporates in the technology sector.
Ruben has a Master’s in Finance.
Sara van der Laan
Before joining Lexar Partners, Sara worked at KPMG for 4 years. At KPMG she started as a trainee within deals. She gained experience in departments such as Valuations and Transaction Services where she worked on several buy- and sell-side transactions. After completing her traineeship, she joined the Deal Strategy team, where she provided strategic advice to investment firms and corporates on M&A and growth strategies.
Sara holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance.
Sanjay Birjmohan
Before joining Lexar Partners, Sanjay completed internships at Kempen and JP Morgan.
Besides his studies, he acquired broader experience in the world of entrepreneurship at YES!Delft and as an exam trainer at Lyceo.
Sanjay has a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering.
Wouter van Rooij
During his time before Lexar Partners, Wouter completed an internship at Vortex Capital Partners and gained strategy consulting experience at De Kleine Consultant. He was also an active board member at a student investment association in Delft for several years, where his interest in the world of investing was further sparked.
Wouter has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is completing his Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance.
