Nico has over twenty years of experience in finance and risk management, with a strong focus on creating business value. He held various senior financial leadership positions at major Dutch institutional firms such as PGGM and a.s.r., where he was active at both strategic and operational levels. Nico combines a broad corporate perspective with a practical, results-oriented approach and experience in strategy, M&A, and change management.

Nico has a Masters in Business Administration.
