Léon Hartkoorn

Since 2026, Léon has been Operational Value Creation Manager at Lexar Partners, where he ensures a systematic approach to value creation and brings the delivery capacity to make it happen: from opportunity identification and prioritisation to hands-on transformation support at portfolio companies.

He brings extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformations at (international) organisations. As an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, he helped organisations translate strategy into measurable results, with a focus on performance management, financial governance, and operating model design.

Léon holds a Master’s in Finance & Investments and a Master’s in Business Analytics & Management.
