Max van de Blaak

Max started his career in IT, before spending several years as an entrepreneur in the childcare sector. During his twelve-year tenure as CEO of BLOS childcare, he expanded the organisation from 2 locations and 30 employees to 300 locations and 3,000 employees. He was able to achieve this expansion through strong organic growth and 35 acquisitions.

Before Max founded Lexar in 2022, he was active as investor in a number of successful and fast-growing scale-ups such as Shypple en Goboony.

Max has a Master’s in Business Economics.
