Thijs de Kruiff

Before joining Lexar in September 2025, Thijs gained experience at a Momentum Family Office, as a strategy consultant at Young Advisory Group, and as an entrepreneur running his own company. His interest in private equity was sparked during TYBAP, where he was first introduced to the sector.

In the summer of 2025, he completed his Bachelor’s in Business Analytics. Thijs is currently taking a gap year to gain additional experience in private equity before starting his master’s degree.
